Katherine Martin, with over 40 years in the personal care industry, brings extensive experience managing salons and spas, owning a salon, serving as a technical educator, and contributing to research and development at Estee Lauder’s Aveda. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul, along with a Master Project Manager certification, and licenses as a Cosmetology Instructor and Master Stylist in Minnesota, Katherine excels in organizing, educating, and optimizing processes. She is committed to supporting salon and spa professionals through education, business support, advocacy, and resources.
