Katherine Martin brings over 40 years of experience in the personal care industry. She has managed salons and spas, owned a salon, served as a technical educator, taught at top cosmetology schools, and worked in research and development at Estee Lauder’s Aveda.
With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul, a Master Project Manager certification, and licenses as a Cosmetology Instructor and Master Stylist in Minnesota, Katherine excels in organizing, educating, and creating efficient processes. She is eager to support salon and spa professionals with education, business support, advocacy, and resources.
