Our comprehensive Minnesota training courses cover these essential areas Health, Safety, Infection Control, Disease Prevention, Cleaning, Disinfection, and Law and Rule, all to ensure you meet state requirements. Dive into specialized training focused on protecting the salon environment with protocols for infection prevention, safety techniques, and Minnesota Cosmetology Law and Rule specifics. Enhance your salon safety measures and education to create a safe healthy environment. Certification is provided upon completion.

Judy Garcia is a Licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician, AIE Certified Esthetician, and C.I.D.E.S.C.O Diplomaté with over 38 years of experience. She brings a wealth of expertise to her roles, having previously owned a salon and served as an adjunct instructor at a Minnesota college, where she taught advanced esthetic programs. Judy has traveled extensively, training professionals in corrective skincare worldwide. She studied with Dr. James E. Fulton, dermatologist, scientist, and co-developer of Retin-A, for over two years. Currently, she serves as the Education Coordinator for the Salon and Spa Professional Association (SSPA).

Katherine Martin has over 40 years in the personal care industry and brings extensive experience managing salons and spas, owning a salon, serving as a technical educator, and contributing to research and development at Estee Lauder’s Aveda. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul, as well as a Master Project Manager certification, and licenses as a Cosmetology Instructor and Master Stylist in Minnesota, Katherine excels in organizing, educating, and optimizing processes. She is committed to supporting salon and spa professionals through education, business support, advocacy, and resources
